All day: International travel to Kathmandu

Day 2 (27th Nov): Kathmandu

Morning: Arrive in Kathmandu airport
Afternoon: Free afternoon in Kathmandu
Optional activity: Free walking tour in Kathmandu (2pm – 5pm)

Day 3 (28th Nov): Kathmandu

Accommodation: Hotel Manaslu
All day: Free day in Kathmandu
Optional activities:
- AM: Boudhanath
- PM: Pashupatinath Temple

Day 4 (29th Nov): Kathmandu/ Pokhara

Accommodation: Hotel Middlepath
Morning: Domestic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara
Afternoon: Meet the Pahar Trust Nepal team, dinner with PTN Director

Day 5 (30th Nov): Pokhara/ Shree Deurali

Accommodation: Tents
Morning: Travel from Pokhara to project site 1 - Shree Deurali (2-3 hours)
Afternoon: Community welcome and lunch, followed by project introduction and briefing

Day 6 (1st Dec): Shree Deurali

Accommodation: Tents
All day: Volunteering (various tasks)

Day 7 (2nd Dec): Shree Deurali

Accommodation: Tents
All day: Volunteering (various tasks)

Day 8 (3rd Dec): Shree Deurali/ Pokhara

Accommodation: Hotel Middlepath
Morning: Final volunteering tasks & project wrap-up
Afternoon: Travel from Shree Deurali back to Pokhara (2-3 hours)

Day 9 (4th Dec): Pokhara

Accommodation: Hotel Middlepath
All day: Free day in Pokhara
Optional activity: Phewa lake boat trip to Peace Pagoda

Day 10 (5th Dec): Pokhara/ Fumrekhu

Accommodation: Hotel in Ghandruk
Morning: Travel from Pokhara to project site 2 – Fumrekhu (3-4 hours)
Afternoon: Community welcome & lunch, followed by project introduction and briefing

Day 11 (6th Dec): Fumrekhu

Accommodation: Hotel in Ghandruk
All day: Volunteering (various tasks)

Day 12 (7th Dec): Fumrekhu

Accommodation: Hotel in Ghandruk
All day: Volunteering (various tasks)

Day 13 (8th Dec): Fumrekhu

Accommodation: Hotel in Ghandruk
All day: Volunteering (various tasks)

Day 14 (9th Dec): Fumrekhu/ Pokhara

Accommodation: Hotel Middlepath
Morning: Travel from Fumrekhu back to Pokhara (3-4 hours)
Afternoon: Free afternoon in Pokhara

Day 15 (10th Dec): Pokhara

Accommodation: Hotel Middlepath
Morning: Free morning in Pokhara
Afternoon: Group BBQ with PTN team

Day 16 (11th Dec): Pokhara/ Kathmandu

Accommodation: Hotel Manaslu
Morning: Domestic flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu
Afternoon: Reunite with the trekkers & enjoy a celebratory group dinner!

Day 17 (12th Dec): Kathmandu

Accommodation: Hotel Manaslu
All day: Free day in Kathmandu & first international flights home
Optional activites:
- Swayambhunath Stupa (monkey temple)

Day 18 (13th Dec): Kathmandu/ Home

All day: All remaining international flights home
