K2 Foundation: Making an impact in 2025 and beyond
The K2 Foundation was set up in 2023 with the aim of supporting young lives around the world.
From improving access to education and sports, to funding much-needed care services, through to working with trusted charity partners and non-profit organisations across many of K2’s office locations, the Foundation was able to ensure that contributions went to a diverse range of projects and causes with youth at their heart.
As our Global Head of ESG and Compliance, Linda Rafferty, explains:
“We are a very small foundation, but we have a real desire to make a big change. Last year, we spent time honing our strategy to look at how we can deepen our impact, whilst ensuring that every donation is used responsibly and effectively.”
Linda continues:
“For 2026, our focus remains on growth with purpose: strengthening partnerships, extending our reach, and seeking out new ways to make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people in the regions where K2 operates.”

The K2 Foundation is the charitable foundation of K2 Group, established in 2023 to create brighter futures for children and young people in the communities where K2 operates around the world. It champions initiatives offering access to wellbeing support, healthcare, education, sport and personal development. The Foundation operates as a Micro-Trust of GivingWorks (Charity Number 1078770).
How is the K2 Foundation governed?

The K2 Foundation is overseen by K2 Group CEO Nick Plummer and chaired by Global Head of Compliance and ESG Linda Rafferty. The K2 Foundation Committee approves all payments the Foundation makes, and local charity partnerships and volunteering are managed regionally by a global team of Charity Champions. The Foundation is a Micro-Trust of GivingWorks (Charity Number 1078770).
