The Foundation was set up in order to enable us, as a business, to support the local communities within the regions that we operate.
Our history
The K2 Foundation was established in 2023, with the aim of creating brighter futures for children and young people within the communities touched by K2 Group’s global presence.
By leveraging our global network, we champion initiatives that improve young lives by offering access to wellbeing support, healthcare, education, sport, and personal development opportunities. We work in collaboration with local charities, community leaders, and our supply chain partners to ensure that every project we support is meaningful, sustainable, and impactful.
Driven from the top
The K2 Foundation is propelled forwards by members of K2 Group’s senior management team, supported by the K2 Foundation Committee and a global team of Charity Champions. This top-down commitment to the Foundation’s purpose reinforces the position that doing good should be viewed as more than an aspiration; it’s a company-wide responsibility.


A global effort
Real change knows no borders. Through strategic partnerships with charities and nonprofit organisations worldwide, we extend our reach across continents.
Whether building a school in Brazil, or funding football coaching in the UK, the focus of the K2 Foundation is to support a diverse range of charities and projects that positively impact children and young people in the regions within which K2 operates.
Investing more than money
K2’s Employee Volunteering Programme empowers K2 team members around the globe to give their time and leverage their skills to support local causes.
By supporting initiatives that matter, employees gain new perspectives, develop valuable skills, and have the opportunity to build stronger relationships with colleagues outside of the office. For the business, this not only strengthens our ties with the communities we serve, but also nurtures a more engaged, motivated, and socially responsible workforce.
