Volunteering
Programme.

K2’s Employee Volunteering Programme gives K2 team members around the globe two days of paid leave per annum to be used to support charitable causes.

Through this programme, we encourage employees to give their time, talents, and energy to charities and community projects that make a real difference. Employees can use their charitable leave to take part in company-organised volunteering days with one of our charity partners, or to offer hands-on support to causes that have personal significance.

Utilising volunteering days helps employees to develop new skills, improve wellbeing, and build deeper connections with colleagues outside of the workplace. For communities, it means extra support where it’s most needed, whilst for our business, it fosters stronger community partnerships and a culture of purpose-driven teamwork. It’s a powerful way to give back whilst growing together.

Since launching in Q1 of 2022, our Employee Volunteering Programme has gone from strength to strength, with participation increasing year-on-year, in line with the growth of the business.

Our team members tell us they’re proud to work for a company that makes a difference.
