Together, we have walked 17.31 million steps, taking us from Guildford to our London office, on to Paris, Malmö and Bucharest, then across to Dubai and Singapore. We’re now on our way to Shanghai, with seven of our eleven countries within reach.

Every one of those miles has been built from everyday steps: the walk to work, the lunchtime loop, the evening stroll with the dog. Each step has taken us across Europe, the Middle East and into Asia. The purpose of Steps Without Borders is not to measure individual performance. It is about what K2 colleagues in different offices, countries and time zones can achieve when we work together.
There’s plenty of road ahead. From Shanghai, the route continues through Sydney, Houston, Cape Town and Johannesburg, before finishing in São Paulo on 16th December. Follow #StepsWithoutBorders on our social channels for milestones and locations reached along the way.
Steps Without Borders is our way of putting the K2 Foundation’s mission into action. Established in 2023, the Foundation gives K2 a single, independent route for its charitable giving around the world. Its aim is to empower children and young people through access to wellbeing support, healthcare, education, sport and personal development opportunities.
Our final destination reflects that purpose. The journey ends at Associação Semeando Amor com Tia Mônica, the Foundation’s partner school in São Paulo, linking every step we take to real-world impact.
If you would like to support the Foundation’s work, you can donate through our fundraising page.
